There is usually just one AGP slot and it is brown in color, and the PCI slots are white and usually more than one. There are no AGP to PCI adaptors, but you can leave the AGP slot empty and use a PCI slot for a video card, but there is a performance decline for doing that.

An AGP slot would be the different colored, offset slot just above the PCI slots closer to the processor.

There is no PCI to AGP adapter. Even if there was, it would be a pointless gimmick as the whole benefit to AGP is the higher data transfer rates.
