Um, does your wife know about your girlfriend? (I'm assuming your girlfriend at least knows about your wife) If not, you're the one who should see the shrink, taking advantage of these poor women.
But to answer your question, between a husband and wife, there should be communication and if you don't want a vascectomy (for nefarious reasons of your own), you should tell her that. Explain why (make something up) and hopefully you and your wife can come to an understanding, like maybe you get fixed after your girlfriend conceives (so tell your wife another year or so and then you'll do it).
And because I can't help myself, if what I think I know about your situation is true, shame, SHAME on you. If not, I apologize.

The best thing to do is go on the Jeremy Kyle Show (uk) or a similar show if outside the uk. Jeremy Kyle is like Jerry Springer he will tell you straight what to do, and if your p#ssed when on the show he will tell you his name over and over in case you forget. The audience will boo and hiss. After if you can't sort it, you will get free counselling and a few quid for going on the show, which you can spend on beer. After the show some moran will give you a thump and a kick in the goolies so you won't need a vascectomy.

What kind of question is this? If you're married, you shouldn't have a girlfriend. You can't please 2 women with different wants. I'd make a choice between the 2 and then honor the wishes of the one that really matters. Do them both a favor and pick one. Your wife would be better suited without your unfaihtful greedy a s s. You need the shrink!!

To tell you the truth, you are the one who needs a shrink. You shouldn't have a wife and a girlfriend. That is totally illegal to do. So good luck with everything.

I think your wife would be better suited by a divorce. You can't have a wife AND a girlfriend. As far as I'm concerned you don't have a marital status if you are not honoring your vows - FORSAKING ALL OTHERS - sound familiar? Do the right thing by your wife - tell her about the girlfriend and move out.

If you don't sort yourself out soon you might get more cut off than a vasectomy removes. There have been several cases of TOTAL emasculation. Do get your act straight before the grim reaper leaves you talking with a high pitched voice.

added pressure on your marital status. Obviously your wife knows about the girlfriend, so what does it matter. Have the vasectomy, that way your wife won't have to help you support the kid.

You go ahead and get your vasectomy. The thought of male replicas of you in 18 years time, makes me shudder. The scary thing is, while you may just be visiting this site for a laugh, there's actually people who who live out your dream/wind up, whatever

Actually I feel you would be better suited to see a shrink. You dont have what I would consider, much of a marriage.

You should see a Therapist, Counselor or something. Pick one or the other. First of all, I hope your wife finds out about your affair and leaves you. Second of all, I hope your girlfriend gets tired of you and leaves you. I hope in the long run you end up by yourself because you are weaving a web of evil deceit, your not helping anyone here. Guys like you make me sick.
