You can't run or hide from life. Life is enchanting at times, and sometimes it feels very dark with no light at the end of the tunnel.
This is just the way it is. But, there are ALWAYS solutions.

I learned to Laugh at by biggest and worst things that have happened to me. Not at first...At first, you recognize the difficult, sad, lonely, mistakes, stupidity, repulsive, painful, and all the other negative down and out situations you just got slapped with.

You can only get so much handed you, until you are filled from the bottom of your feet to the top of your aching head. Then you have to...LET IT FLY...Whether it be a burst of tears, a good cry. Or, you can Laugh. Laugh at your worst fears, and at the atrocities handed you. Laugh until you have tears running down you face.

After all you are alive and full of life. Things will work out. They Always do! You are young, and life is precious. Don't waste time.
Just try, try again. You'll get it right eventually. We All Can!

PS: Take the word "CAN'T" out of your vocabulary. I did many years ago. I Never give up. Never!
PSS: My friends call me from all over the country, because, I am a Postive Thinker! Even in the worst of times of my life.

1. one SURE FIRE WAY is to remind yourself that there are LOTS of other people in this world who has it WAY worst than you. There are people who are homeless, alone, dying of AIDS, Cancer and other diseases, some don't have food to eat... I could go on. And if thinking doesn't help - GO OUT AND VISIT a hospital or some such place.

2. Another is this (it may sound cliche but it's true): Things are harder ever as bad as they seem. Our limited way of thinking usually convinces us that it is when it really isn't so!!!

3. Instead of focusing on what you don't have or what went wrong - SIT and think about ALL of the things that DID go right and that you DO have - health, home, car, family, friends, money, a job, a lover, etc. - You'd be amazed at how many pluses you've got in your life.

4. If you are (or at least feel) that you are at the very bottom, then there's really only one place left to go now isn't there? UP!!!

5. And last but in no means least - If you believe in the Heavenly Father, the Divine, then rest assured that if HE gets you to it, that HE'LL get you THROUGH IT.

Keep looking up and be POSITIVE always!!

Psychological propaganda- focus on your positive memories, thoughts and ideas, while at the same time, filter out and block all of the negatives until the dust has settled enough for you to have a clear take on things. Then, (if necessary) take corrective action.

I'd personally recommend watching movies that make you happy, eating chocolate and trying to do some form of exercise!! These will lead to a higher level of endorphins being secreted into your body and give you a greater sense of happiness.

Usually all it takes is a little time and when looking back you realise things werent really as bad as you thought! : )

I DON"T!! I learned long ago that those times TAKE time to work themselves out in my mind and heart. I don't parade around and throw a pity-party for myself. I always talk it over with my husband because we usually have them together (one within one)
and he helps me get back up. We've been together a long time though. So I would tell you that positive and negative are 2 sides
of the same coin just as surely as a AA Battery!! And they need to be balanced. Find someone who says they are Always Positive and I'll show you a Liar or someone who Took Your Money at the door!

Trust in god! Believe that whatever is happening to you is for your benifit. Trust that God will see you through whatever may be going on. Stay positive and pray. Have faith and try to see the best in all situations

Everyone needs to have a long range goal. Keep your focus on that and enjoy the journey. The setbacks are only lessons, everyone has them. Fix the problems as they arise and congratulate yourself for figuring it out.

Just remember things could be worse, even though it doesn't seem possible at the time. Usually something else does come along and I do try to save my energy for that.

Have faith. Continue to do good despite the obstacles. With goodness... you could never go wrong. Pray. Believe in miracles. Believe in yourself. Believe that there are good things in life. Be one of the good things this life has to offer to other people.
