Jeez...
All I asked was how to get on MySpace at school ---not like I'm going to get on like an online predator or spend all my time on there!--- and at least 20 people attacked me!
What is everyone's problem with MySpace? What's so bad about it? I know all the "rapes" and "molestations" that happen, but that isn't MySpace's fault! It's the kids that project themselves on it! Why?

Sweet heart I know you want to check up on your my space but sorry I can not help you on that. the schools block site for resons and my space is getting from bad to VERY bad, :/ if they can only get the "rapes" and "molestations" OFF.
You will just have to wait until you get home to check you my space.
By the way the is a very good site for kids age 10 up can sign up on it. Its 98% safe and for all ages its call HHS
For the Bad peoples out there... Do not think about signing up....... we will know who you are and were you are and come for you. you well never use a computer again.

No, it is NOT MySpace's fault. Good heavens, blame the world, save the cheerleader... Jeez. Look, if parents talked to their kids about not posting every stupid little detail about themselves, MySpace wouldn't be full of the problems that have come up... Internet Safety... Life safety... You want to know what your kids are doing online, MONITOR THEM. That's what being a PARENT is all about.
I dont know why you got attacked, but blaming the site for what kids post on there is ludicrous... Blame the parent, save a child.

Myspace is under fire because of the unrestrained content it shows. I tell people I use myspace. Does this mean I am looking for minors, or involved with predators? No. I use discernment as should everyone.

Really, you don't need MySpace to get ANY school work done.
Most of what's "wrong" with MySpace is "created" my paranoid parents that don't understand the internet and how to teach their kids the dangers of it.

It is not myspace that everyone has a problem with it is kids like you disobeying the teachers and principals by getting by one of the websites they dont want to be related to because if something happens to you and you are on at school that is the schools responsibility, not yours...sad i know you should get punished but that is why the school blocks them so there is no controversy between stuff that happens on line and the stuff that is supposed to be happening at school....

There's nothing wrong with having a Myspace..I guess they probably saying it's a time and a place for all that and it's not at school...Just wait till you get home..School is for learning.

I personally am anti-myspace. I don't think it's because of the online predators, but more because of the people associated with myspace - preppy, stupid, mainstream cheerleaders. It discusts me, and apparantly the people at your school

I have no problem with myspace. I don't reply e-mails from the people that i don't know.
I love myspace! it's the place where i can communicate my friends from my country.

I don't think you understand. People are not bashing Myspace, they are bashing the fact that you are trying to access it at school. Your school blocks those sites for a reason. You should be worried about you studies, and look at your Myspace profile when you get home. Thats what I do when I get home from work!!
