Great question! My two favorite movies!

I would have to say that the Kracken would be more scarry because it moves and the Pit od Sarlacc does not.

The Pit of Sarlacc. Anything Star Wars is better than anything Pirates. Keira Knightely gets a pass because she was in both. My proof is that you had to describe the Kraken. The Kraken in Clash of the Titans(also a great movie) would also own the Pirates' version.
