make sure your eating healthy and plenty and taking a pre natal vitamin, i wouldn't worry unless your doctor says it's a problem but it's pretty early in the pregnancy. most weight gain is in the last trimester anyways.

when i was 14 weeks i had weighed less than i did when i found out i was pregnant. im 25 weeks along and have just now started to gain weight. i asked my doctor the same thing at 17 weeks and he said as long as i gain 15-20 pounds i'll be fine. everyone is different, but really you really only need to gain 20-30 pounds throughout a pregnancy and most of that will occur in the last 4 months, which is when the baby grows the most. just make sure you are eating right and taking care of yourself. your baby will take whatever he/she needs to develop so make sure you arent depriving yourself. a lot of women use pregnancy as an excuse to gain a lot of weight and eat whatever they want, which is actually not healthy. during the second and third trimester you only need an additional 200-300 calories per day for the baby.

When your early in pregnancy you often loose weight due to morning sickness. I am 15 weeks along and still havn't gained anything. I actually weigh less than I have in a long time. The doctor says I'm at a heathy weight though. So unless your doctor thinks that there is something wrong then I wouldn't worry about it to much.

I didn't start to really gain any weight until I was around 20 weeks. And really, the big weight gains won't come until your 3rd trimester, when the baby really starts growing. As long as your doctor is okay with your weight, I wouldn't be worried at all.

Make sure you are eating food that are good for you and high in protein and the weight will eventually come on. I would also ask your OB his or her thoughts about any thing to suppliment your diet. I have only gained 2 lbs and I am 14 weeks pregnant.

i didn't gain any weight until my 5th month of pregnancy. i had awful morning sickness my 2nd month, combined with a terrible cold and we all know there's not much you can take to get rid of a cold when you're pregnant. i couldn't hold any food down, not even toast. all i could do was drink gatorade. i ended up losing about 10 pounds. my doctor wasn't concerned though. i didn't think i'd ever put on any weight. but my body just had to catch up after losing so much weight in the beginning. i think it also depends on your metabolism. some people just don't put on weight easily, even in pregnancy. if you're doctor isn't concerned about it, i wouldn't be either. just keep eating healthy and drink water...i'm sure your doctor will let you know if you are doing ok.

It's normal to gain very little or no weight during your first trimester. Make sure you talk to your doctor if you are very concerned. If you are eating healthy foods and taking your vitamin, you shouldn't have much to worry about. It's quality more than quantity that counts.

I still haven't gained anything either, actually, only lost. Don't stress. Unless your doctor is worried about something, you're fine. Best of luck.
