Crack was small and across the windsceen, so was using other transport. Just looked today and it's soaked inside. What's the best way to deal with it? How do I dry out a car?

Do not do it your self. There may be additional damage that you cannot see since a lot of the cars electrical system is in the passenger compartment. Contact your insurance company and report that the additional damage was a result of the damaged windshield.

Mop up as much as possible then hire a small dehumidifier from a local diy hire shop

you can get those portable heaters that plug into your cigarette socket.
