I had a dream that one of my co-workers was pregnant. This is the second dream i have had of her and her husband. The first one was that her husband was cheating on her with her sister. Not sure if they mean anything, i know about a year ago she was pregnant but they lost there baby, it was a still born baby. I know they have been wanting a baby bad...
If someone can interpret the dream/dreams that would be great!!

I don't know about that, but every time I have a dream that I am pregnant, someone I am close to or spend a lot of time around finds out shortly thereafter that they are pregnant. So you may be on the right track. Don't tell her though, just in case it was a random thing - you don't want to get her hopes up.

Dreams are subconcious and have nothing to do with reality unless you dream about something that has happened. They in no way predict the future. You probably know how much she wants to be pregnant and that is why you dreamed it. Also, we mix things up in the subconcious, they are jumbled up and make no sense, though they may relate to our thoughts and our surroundings they aren't reality. So, just stick to dreaming and don't worry about any meaning behind them, sounds like you are concerned about your friend.

It's probably just a dream. I would tell her you had a dream she was pregnant and see what she says.

dreams are just a result of electrical impulses in your brain.
it means you've been thinking about this co-worker or spken with her recently..
you have also recently seen a baby/talked about a baby/ heard a baby cry... etc.
