Go to the Trend Micro "Housecall" site - very comprehensive (and FREE) scan for all types of malware (viruses/worms/trojans/adware etc), often picks up things that my Nortons doesn't, and because it's a stand-alone & remote thing, it cannot have it's "service" stopped by a virus, unlike on-board solutions like NAV.
Takes about 20 mins I think.

(1) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one if your present anti virus is not protecting you .
(2) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
(3a) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

I would probably suggest that you download Avast anti-virus. IT is free for personal use. I would also download Ad-Aware as well. Between these two programs you should be able to "clean up" most any virus problem that you've got; for free.

Try AVG or Avast, both are free and open source I believe. Both work better than Norton, of course almost all anti-virus programs work better than norton.

Try going onto the website grisoft.com and you can download AVG free anti-virus and you can do a virus scan and then try and delete it. If it is to strong to delete then you will have to go to a shop like PC world and pay to get it removed.

Use the AVG software by grisoft. If you go to Grisoft.com you can find a paid version and a free version.. I have never had any issues with it and it updates once a week or so with new definitions.
Good Luck

Contact the agency from where you had purchased the Hardware/Software. They can do it easily but you have to pay some fees. Don't take the computer to their workshop. Tell them to visit your place and do it. I had the same toruble and got it rectified recently!!! Don't try for any free soft ware as they have to be updated. It is better to block the automatic updates to protect the computer from any viral attack!!!
