2. make many sketches and final draft of what shoe will look like
3. pay someone to make them for you
4. go to places that sell shoes and see if they will sell yours
5. collect money!

get a sketch pad and design show the colors, ranges and styles as best you can then make a presentation and present it to a company or a bank if you want them to invest in a new business but to learn more about the filed that you want into
I would interurn for a while until I learn the business.
The company get a free worker and you get a wealth of ideas and knowledge. it's a win win type of thing for both sides.

Make a design, then be a sales person(convince a banker that it will sell and make money), after that get a small bussiness loan.

get a lot of shoes and place them next to each other as if you are queing them up. you will soon have your very own line of shoes.
