Yes, Walt Disney World is in the process of building a new ride at the Disney - MGM Studios. The new ride is going to be called "Toy Story Mania," and it's supposed to be similar to Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin at the Magic Kingdom (Guests will be shooting targets during the ride). This ride is also being built at Disneyland's California Adventure. It's supposed to open sometime in 2008.
Here's a link to some information about the project and the preliminary artwork...

The "Finding Nemo" ride that the first person mentioned is old news. It opened back in November, I believe.
Anyway, hope I could help!

There have been quite a few rides that were being built but opened in the past several months. But, the one I think you are thinking of that is going to be built is Toy Story Mania.
The theme is obviously Toy Story and you are supposed to feel like you are inside the toy box while you ride and play. In the ride you will wear 3-d glasses and when you start out you are going to shrink so that you are the size of a toy. Similar to Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, you will be able to interact with the ride.
The way I understand it, there will be several different characters from the movie and each will have a game that you play as you go through that portion of the ride (I think there is going to be 8 different areas). It is going to be a high-tech ride, but yet the games are going to be more classic games that you are used to seeing.
It is scheduled to open sometime in 2008 and will be at California Adventures in Disneyland and MGM Studios in Disney World.
It sounds like it is going to be a great ride. There have been rumors about the ride for some time now, but they just recently announced it officially. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
So far All Ears Net has the best info on it.

There is always something going on at Disney. Since I am not sure the last time you went here is what is new since the last time I went in 2003.
Magic Kingdom
Stich replaced the Alien at Alien Encounter for a similar show with a more Disney spin
Mickeys Philaharmagic replaced the Lion King show at this park (the one at AK is better anyway) with a 3D show with all your favorite characters featuring Donald who encounters trouble after stealing Mickey's sorcerer hat.
Pirates added Jack Sparrow and Davy Jones
Not strictly a ride but there is a newer fireworks show Wishes which is supposed to be incredible
Coming Spring 2007 Monsters Laugh Floor and interactive comedy show replaces Time Keeper in Tomorrowland. Here is some reviews of this from the soft opening http://www.allearsnet.com/tp/mk/lfcc.htm
EPCOT
Mission Space now has a family version along with the one that makes everyone motion sick, so you can ride with your kids, or just choose not to feel sick.
The Living Seas has been redone to be a Nemo attraction. The use holographs to put the characters in the tanks with real fish, interactive show with Crush, supposed to be a nice update
Soarin is now in the land. Hang Glide over California!
MGM
Lights Motors Action Stunt Show.
Journey into Narnia
Again not a ride but there is a little show for the High School Musical Pep Rally
And coming in 2008 Toy Story Mania.
Animal Kingdom
Expidition Everest new roller coaster in Asia
Nemo the musical a puppet kind of show that replaced Tarzan. I have heard good things about it, just having trouble with a Nemo show in Dinoland. A mean at least Tarzan fit in with parts of the park if not Dinoland itself, he was raised in a jungle but Nemo? Oh well Disney isn't about reality anyway
Hope some of these are what you are looking for.

Yes, the ride will be called "Toy Story Mania". It will be at Disney-MGM Studios where the old "Millionaire" show used to be. The ride will be similar to Magic Kingdom's "Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin", but will incorporate a 3D element. California Adventure is scheduled to have the same ride and plans to open it on the same day as the Disney World version in 2008.
