Have you heard him talk? The accent and diction is so grating that even HE can't stand to listen to himself.
It's not medical, it's called survival instinct. His voice is worse than nails on a chalkboard.

wow, i guess there is a lot that is wrong with him, but i love him anyway. he is great when he is on howard stern... the interaction between him and artie is great. i picture him filling his pockets with sugar and ketchup packets and those little foil covered creamers... i know we are all awaiting the birth of his child... that ought to give howard lots of ammunition. his eyes? yeah, i guess he does squint, but i think it just makes him quirkier and cute.
