Yes, as the above answerers indicated, you can buy sprays and brush on products that can make polish dry faster. I think that the bulk of these products, however, are just made of alcohol (rubbing) so you could try that. I also bought an ultraviolet light at the local "Sally" store that works. And as someone else above stated, that "flapping" thing works!

Dip your fingers in a bowl of water filled with ice. Or try Essie Quick-e Drying Drops--expensive but works!

Simple and proven, dip your newly polished nail in a cold water, it will dry faster.

I use Sally Hansen Dry-Kwik. Its a clear oily liquid that you just brush on your nails. Apply your nail polish, wait a minute or 2 and then just brush the dry-kwik on. You buy this stuff at Wal-Mart, Target or any drug store. Its cheap and it works great.

Yup, the cold water trick works for me, and it's free. For a little more money, you can get one of the fast-dry products, they work well.

I sometimes run my nails under cold water (or you could fill a bowl with cold water and dip them in) for a few minutes.

yeah... like what most of them said... cold water really works. however, i feel that the nail polish would not be as shiny as compared to traditional ways (let them dry by themselves).
that's just my opinion..
