After most kinds of sex I feel the need to wash. It's like a good workout, if I feel the need to wash, it's because it was good. So a shower, bath, etc. is very good!

After any sex, if the partipants have used lubricants or other liquids have contacted their bodies, most people will feel the need to wash. There's nothing particularly different about LGBT sex in this way.
