I'd like to give my ferret a reward when she comes to her name or poos in the litter pan, etc. but she only eats ferret food. I tried baby food (chicken) and cheerios and she won't take it. Any ideas??

Ferretone cut with a little bit of olive oil is the healthiest thing for them. Other treats have lots of sugar (which is very bad for them) do not give them fruit or cherios or any other human foods. Some ferrets do not want to try the ferretone at first but when they do they get hooked on it.

Try Ferretone..my 2 babies would give their front fangs for a lick of that! We call it Magic Milk for obvious reasons. Don't give too much, just a little lick when she's done a good job! Also mine like cat treats like Felix sticks (I live in the UK)

I give my guy these chicken jerky treats that are supposed to be good for him. He also LOVES raisins (in moderation), and cheerios. I've heard that chicken babyfood is good for them, as a treat, but my ferret won't eat it.
