B.E. & B. Tech are same.
B.E. is given by regional engineering colleges; B.Tech by Central Govt. engineering colleges/ institutes.
In sandwich course, by giving some papers, students get degree in another branch of engineering--this for increasing employement opportunities.

B.Tech is the newer name for B.E. it's all same . In old times B.E. was called as BSc in engineering .
a sandwitch course is a course wich offers you more than one degree
for example If you do you B.Tech from IITM (Indian institute of technology -Gwalior ) you will get B.E. as well as Management degree from the same .
