Is your question why people think you're conceited?
Ok.
a. You need to work on your communication/writing skills.
b. You need to tell us about yourself if you're asking if we think you're conceited (which I'm not sure you are.) That's like me asking, "Am I pretty?" You don't know if I'm pretty, you don't know what I look like.
