I think we will all spiral into a quagmire of our own filth and depravity...eventually coming to s sticky stop.

Its an astronomical certainty that our planet will be turned to a burnt crisp by our Sun's supernova and that a planet killing asteroid will impact us long before then. But the most immediate end to the human species will most likely be from our own doing....
It could be 28 minutes from now or 280 years from now. When the superpowers square off against each other in two camps, then come back and we'll talk apacolypse.
The next World War will involve a nuclear exchange, how could it not. In the first 30 minutes, nearly a billion people will have been vaporised, mostly in the US, Russia, Europe, China and Japan. Another 1.5 billion will die shortly thereafter from radiation poisoning. The northern hemisphere will be plunged into prolonged agony and barbarity.
Eventually the nuclear winter will spread to the southern hemisphere and all plant life will die. You ask when is the apacolypse, you are asking when will we commit global suicide. My answer is it won't happen soon because the larger superpowers are more rational than the rump states in the middle east.
Our biggest risk is an accidental launch of nukes by one of the nuclear powers.

Darnedest thing Che. You get on the Internet, what country runs most of that? who invented the Internet? and all you do is blast the US.
You should be so lucky as to live in a country where you're allowed to criticize the govt. Try doing that in your beloved Cuba. Also I'm sure Chavez allows all kinds of free speech down in Venezuela.

I'm not going to defend what we're doing in Iraq. We have an idiot in right now. We'll have a change of president in two years and see what happens. That's the nice thing about democracy.
You wouldn't know anything about actually changing presidents would you? Once you get one (Castro, Chavez et al) they're in for life...
At least this situation is temporary for the US. When your ilk take over; it's all over!!!
And what the hell about the G8? Care to compare the amount of money that the US spends on every other country to anyone else? Your on thin ground when you talk about US aid. They spend more money than anyone.

You believe in the end of the world? what does that mean? Of course the world will end EVENTUALLY, everything physical ends EVENTUALLY.
In the case of the planet, the end will be when the sun expands into a red giant and engulfs most of the inner planets of the solar system. Ok? Don't worry. That wont be for quite a few million years.

I don't believe in an end of the world; I only believe in an end of humanity's reign. And it would be about time, too...

America will destroy the world due to their gas-guzzling cars.
Two things could happen because of this...
1) They will declare war on the world for everyone's oil or
2) The effects of global warming will kill everybody

It's started - look are the evil we have. Look at all the animals running the streets (AKA gangs). Look at CA with all the illegal alien criminals and a government that doesn't do anything.
Why worry about global warming - we won't be here.. We will be taken over by the bad guys!

i think a giant meteor will hit the earth and wipe out everyone and everything in existence, like when the dinosaurs were wiped out, but a bigger meteor, except some form of life on mars will survive, and will evolve and eventually take over the universe =]

I saw a special on the history channel recently. They had the greatest minds of our time pondering this same question. There are a bunch of possibilities.I think a med ore will hit and that will be the end of us.We are doomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously the world will end one day! Please forget all the religions reasons. Think clearly and you will think of lots of ways the world could end.
