Well, here's my view on it...
I have a love-hate relationship with destiny. Sometimes I don't believe in it, because I like to believe that I have a free will... But generally I am led to believe Destiny does exist. Here's why...
Destiny exists, we are all made to complete a certain task here in this world. We are born with certain talents which I believe are meant for us to use in order to fulfill our destiny. BUT we do have a free will; we will eventually reach our destiny, but the way we do it, is all up to us. However, we can't choose to avoid our destiny - it will come up anyhow.
Ever noticed how usually talents of people are more noticed than the skills they've aqcuired through study, for example? You could be studying for accountant, but if you don't have the talent for it, you just won't cut it.

If destiny is a true component of the universe, then all of your actions in this life are pre-determined...and I don't think that idea can be true in all instances...I do believe that our 'larger' life choices are commanded by a supernatural force, or god, if you will. But, I don't question the small things, like "why is this tree here? There must be a reason it is here, and not slightly off to the left." I think that notion is silly...it's a damn tree. :)

I do not believe in destiny. I believe in choice. I haver found that every choice I have made in my life, for myself, has led me to where I am. It feels right, it feels as though I chose, even when I was ignorant of the reason, the way that was right for me. I would hate to think that everything I believe, everything I experienced, all my joys, woes, pains, sorrows were pre-destined and that I am no more than a lab rat in a maze of someone elses design!

Destiny is true because u shape it.
We always have more than one choice we dont always sees it that way, and by making decisions we shape our own destiny
