I have never seen a question from the LGBT section posted on the home page of Yahoo Answers.

I was just curious if anyone else here had?
If not, what would be the reason for this?

Not sure that I have - possibly.

Perhaps they're worried that by catering to LGBTs a significant proportion of the Societally Moral, Judgmental Traditionalists would descend on them in droves (or, worse, on this category)

Nope i havent saw any on the home page yet. They probably dont want little kids to see them

They likely do not show Men's Health and Women's Health forum questions, which tend to be penis and period oriented questions, respectively.
