Ive just started writing a sitcom.
Ive got my characors and know them pretty well.
Do you think I should write with actors/actresses in mind for the part or not???????????????
I think it might be easier because at least I know what that person looks like and it would be easier to see someone I know play my caractor than with no one in mind

No, it's not a good idea to craft a character with a specific performer in mind because that actor/actress may or may not want to do the part. And, legally, you could be in trouble for using someone's identity without their permission.
Just do your job as a writer - write strong characters and keep the story solid - and let the casting people do their jobs. Let your characters be castable and you've got a good shot!

No, do not write with famous actors in mind if you are not a recognized name in the industry. You will be laughed at. Just write really solid material.

If you want to be a TV writer, move to Los Angeles and get a job as an intern or "go-fer" at one of the studios.

Good luck but you and millions of other people are thinking the same thing as you. I wouldn't bet my life on it but good luck. Just getting someone to listen to your idea is a huge thing.

"WINGS", how a pair of flight from Nantucket Island to Boston? :) "acquaintances', lots of stupid solutions that we would desire to hold on the chairs, extra acceptable with the seat belt fasten, whilst observing, in the different case detrimental aspects the potential of falling from the sofa ! :)
