Well, you certainly don't look like an enchilada person. You look like a carnitas person: Roasted Marinated Tenderloin of Pork. Browned (have you ever been 'Browned' before?), crispy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside.
Served at La Cabaña Restaurant in Santa Monica, Ca. with Mexican rice and frijoles barrichos (drunken beans cooked with beer), sliced marinated raw onion, guacamole, raw onions and plenty of tortillas. Warm chips and spicy salsa.

Carne Asada Tacos...they're almost impossible to find in Texas. All they have out here is Tex-Mex sh-t that is covered in chili and "Queso" (Velveeta and pace sauce).
