Am I the only person who thinks what other people do in their bedroom is none of my business? Are you the only person who doesn't know there are still (unenforced) laws in the statutes of many states that forbid oral sex between heterosexual married people or that forbid unmarried people from living together or that make adultery a crime. Am I the only person who believes we all have a right to privacy and the gov't should not come into my house without probable cause and a search warrant? Why do you think anyone cares about another person's sexual practices? In case you're wondering, I'm heterosexual and have been married--to the same woman--for 30 years. So, in summary, no, I don't think homosexual relationships are wrong and disgusting for other people. Why do you care? Most homophobic people have sexual issues themselves.

There has been homosexuality since the beginning of time, and different cultures throughout history have had varying opinions on the subject. Clearly the Western civialization we are in today has had a softening opinion on homosexuality over the past 30 years or so, and if the trend continues it will likely have little stigma attached in another 30 to 50 years.

My personal thoughts are that there are no true "norms" when it comes to sexuality, just a variety of preferences. Some are more popular and shared than others, some are more in the minority. I think what makes one prefer sex with their own gender is a mix of genetics and environment.

I don't think homesexuality is disgusting.

I think hate and narrow minded thinking is disgusting.

Do a search for 'Gay Sheep'. There was a landmark study that seemed to indicate that a hormonal imbalance in the hypothalamus caused 'gay tendencies'. If this is true, this implies a 'cure'. Imagine determining if an imbalance existed in your child that could cause the child to become gay later in life, and the doctor had a 'cure' to correct the imbalance. I would guess that most parents would opt for the 'cure'. If this is true, homosexuality could be a thing of the past.

Sorry, I find nothing "wrong" or "disgusting" about two people loving each other, particularly during this time in mankind's History when human beings are doing the most horrific, despicable things imaginable to each other.

Firstly, it's none of your business.
Secondly, it's between two consenting adults.
Thirdly, let's hear some of that emotion directed towards America slaughtering and maiming children. THERE is something that is wrong and disgusting.

I could really careless about gays...as long as the males don't hit on me...I lived with two lesbians for about 2 1/2 and I have a different view on them now...they are just like us except there are to women...but the ones I lived with were not militant or anything...and nothing ever happened between us...I always say "What ever cranks your tractor..."

If two people are in love, is it really any of your "f~ing" business what sex they are? Does it bother you that much that you think of nothing else? you know what they say about the ones who dwell on a subject that "disgusts" them dont you?
Look, dont worry about what others do, it is not your job to judge them. "Judge not lest ye be judged..." (in other words, dont judge others if you dont want to be judged). also another bible quote here: "he who hath not sinned cast the first stone" (meaning if you have sinned is your place to stone those who have? not according to your God).
So go about life and worry about your family, your job, and your life, and leave others lives be, you dont have to take any of them home with you, so you neednt worry about what they do.
It gets so tiring that people (especially those of religion), want to take it upon themselves to judge anyone. I bet a million dollars there have been stuff you have done that I would personally judge as wrong!

No you're not, many people don't like it because of what I call the "ewwww" factor. But I'm totally for people doing whatever they want to do as long as they don't hurt anyone else by doing it, and that includes being homosexual.
