Get seen by a doctor pretty quickly. Blood and diarrhea are not a good combination

There are some creams and ointments you can get from the local Superdrug or chemist. Boots haemorrhoid ointment is good. Then TCP cream is ok. TCP ointment is very good, but burns like hell for a few seconds after you put it on. Don't forget to push some up a little way. Sounds evil, but I have been doing it for years and it really helps. Then go and see the doctor.
Of all of them, although it stings a bit, the TCP ointment is probably best. HTH, Luck! Oh yes, and it smells a bit too, so you will have to wash your hands twice, and put a bit of folded toilet paper there to keep the stains off your pants! Horrible but true, and a true answer.

Go to the doctor, if you really are in pain the hospital is probably better. Don't hang about here asking us. Get well soon. GO

Either you have piles in addition to your diarrhea or it could be dysentry. Dysentry involves bleeding and is either bactrerial or amebic. See a doctor. You need treatment

It sounds like ulcerative colitis. I think you need to get it checked by a doctor immediately.
