Do they do in house engraving, or do they send everything away?

At the one in the mall near me they do it right in the store. You place an order and they tell you to come back in a couple hours to pick it up.

They do it inhouse....I've actually walked in and watched them finish up the engraving for some of the things I've ordered there. And they can do it in one day, depending on their load and what you order. I did it for bridesmaid/groomsmen gifts and also a couple of anniversary gifts.....

They do it in house. If they're not too busy and you feel like waiting, you can watch them do it.
