He is all of a sudden being very sarcastic, and naming every thing wrong with me. (stupid things like when I get cold it turns him off???) Anyway, why is he being mean since we decided to have another?

Sounds like he really is not wanting another child...he probably just agreed because he felt he had to...Did you emotionally strong arm him in to agreeing?...I think it would be best..if you would say..."look, I was thinking, maybe now is not the right time for another child. Let's just step back and wait a bit". Maybe you need to free him from this decision for a time...to allow him to embrace it freely...Is it possible that he already feels he lost a bit of his husband status on the arrival of one?...Probably got to thinking about how much more he'd have to give up with another one...push him too hard before he is ready...you might be raising two babies on your own...Be Blessed.

Maybe you decided & he's being forced? He clearly has changed his mind and does not want another child. You really should discuss it again with him. If you do not reface the issue, it may cause major problems down the road. He is subconsciously telling you, through his actions, that he does not want more children and if it takes him being mean to you to keep himself from making love to you, he will in order to keep from getting you pregnant. Communication is the key.

did he help decide about the second child. If he didn't maybe he is feeling pressured into it. The next thing I would do is to see if you can get to the root of the problem. Don't react to his criticism, when he is in a good mood very calmly ask him what his problem is. If he is the main money-maker , maybe he is feeling pressure to make more money etc.

He may be acting as he does because it was not an agreed to decision to have another baby...but, if he still wants to put the old unprotected wiener into the bun then if you become pregnant he is as much a part of it as you.

Perhaps he is having second thoughts and doesn't want to disappoint you. His behaviour is, of course, inappropriate and you need to try and draw him out. You might try asking him if he has changed his mind about wanting another baby. If you do, don't be confrontational, that will defeat the purpose.

I would say he is looking for a reason not to be with you. So instead of just being honest, he is trying to make you mad at him. I would talk to him, it sounds like he is not really ready for another baby.

He might not really want another child. He may just be stressed out over the cost of another child that still doesn't give him reason to be mean to you though. I would just have a talk with him.

he doesn't want another baby, he may not see a future in the marriage, he isn't comfortable where he is in life, sometimes we as wives get the blame for his problems in life. i would hold off on th baby for now, and focus on what may be wrong in the marriage. he is having second thoughts, meaning he isn't seeing a big future here.

Thats a mans way of making it harder for you , becuase he probably thinks you are making it hard for him. Maybe he is not ready for a baby yet, but didnt want to hurt your feelings.... maybe get a pet instead???

Hope you are not now pregnant. Frankly, he sounds like a total loser and to make a baby with some jerk like this would be a MISTAKE! Are you really considering letting some jerk like this screw you? I hope not, because you really WILL be screwed!
