Well i have many best actors but one of the best is between viggo mortensen and johnny depp.
I think Johnny depp is a brilliant actor because he can act as anything and he is good looking and is a very nice person. I think he is very good at playing jack sparrow and nobody else could play his part. He is also amazing in charlie and the chocolate factory even though he does look really weird. I also think he is good in finding neverland because he talks with a different accent which says he can do anything with his voice. I think he is cool in once upon a time in mexico but i kind of feel sorry for him coz he gets his eyes took out which is also kind of gross. Johnny is brilliant in sleepy hollow and is also quite funny which i like about him. You should definetly have a funny side to you if you are an actor. He definetly looks better as he has got older because when he was younger his cheek bones stuck out a bit and well he looks better now.
Viggo mortensen is also brilliant mostly for The Lord of the rings (which is my favourite movie and i am totally obsessed with it). I really like viggo because he put his pain in making lord of the rings coz he broke a tooth in half, broke his toe and grazed his knuckles. He isnt actually in much and not many people know him but if you watched him the the lord of the rings you would see how much of a fantasic actor he is. He is also a good person. In fact i think all of the actors and actresses in the lord of the rings are fantastic. Even the crew.
Anyway i have loads of actors that are great but there are too many to go on about. they are including orlando bloom, chad michael murray, mark wahlberg, ioan gruffudd and so many more.

There have been many outstanding actors.
However, some of them only seem to be cast in certain roles.
Through the years, I've enjoyed the work of Spencer Tracy, Kirk Douglas, Peter O'Toole, Tom Hanks, Paul Newman, Robert Redford, Robin Williams, Al Pacino, Robert DiNiro, Jamie Foxx and countless others.
However, I think the best is Dustin Hoffman. He is one of the most versatile actors I've ever watched.
Think about it. He was a bright-eyed college graduate in "The Graduate." He played the part of a woman in "Tootsie." He was simply amazing in "Rain Man." He can play comedy and drama and is outstanding in both.
I do think in our generation, Robin Williams is much the same way.
And, while my favorite is Dustin Hoffman, you can't go wrong with any answer you pick as being the best... because everyone here has mentioned some really outstanding actors.

I'd have to say Marlon Brando. He revolutionised acting and introduced "The Method" into the mainstream. Brando paved the way for the likes of Pacino, De Niro and the rest of today's actors. Many of those guys would never have been actors without Brando's inspiration.
Not only that. Brando's performances in On The Waterfront, A Streetcar Named Desire, The Godfather and Last Tango In Paris are among the finest ever committed to film. Thank God we still have them to study and enjoy today. We owe Marlon a huge debt of gratitude.

Johnny Depp because he disappears into each role he plays. He's incredibly versatile and seems to have the ability to play any role in any genre. He's able to be dis-likable as well as lovable. He also pretty brave as far as the choices he makes in movies. Pretty underrated, though... I think a lot of people would disagree with me that he's the *best*, but as far as Hollywood actors go, he's definitely at the top of the list. I think it's because most people who like Johnny Depp are 14 year-old little girls who's answer would be "Because he's SO hot".

Dustin Hoffman. I love actors like Jim Carrey, Robin Williams, Hugh Jackman, etc. but Dustin seems to become the characters. The others seem to be themselves in most any role.

Best actor- Sharukh Khan
The way he acts is so great. He can make me laugh or cry. He's just great. But I really don't like his personality that much, but in movies he rocks all the way.

Steve Buscemi- why not, he has done more roles than half of these new wanna-be "a-list actors" and never gets the credit, because he is not pretty enough for the tabloids

globally i will vote for a robert denero. i feel he is very versatile in a few films that I have watched. i think jack nocolson is quite good too. On screen you can hardly see them act, they become the role. In India, Naseerudin shah has the versatality and is a good actor.
