Doing illegal drugs is worst, most definitely.
Having an affair hurts your relationship, but doing illegal drugs not only hurts your relationship with you spouse/lover, but your entire family, your health, and your freedom.

an affair would be more hurtful to me as a spouse, both are wrong in the context of someone in a relationship, esp. if there are kids involved, because both could put the other people involved in a dangerous situation, either by hurt feelings or legal repercussions.
people that do those things don't really ever take responsibility for the feelings of others, instead, they cop out by saying what they do shouldn't effect others, it's their life, etc.
