Your conscience is basically a way for humans to determine right from wrong. Consciences differ from one to another. What seems wrong to one conscience might not be wrong to another. Basically it's what tells you if what you're doing is right or not, and it can be changed according to the way you think.

Assuming you mean Conscience, in other words that little voice in your head that tells you to do the right thing, it's your superego.
Sigmund Freud believed the mind was split into the id, which was the center of animalistic desires and emotion, and superego, which was the rational, strict, controlled center.
Your superego is what is is telling you to do the right thing.

Freud named it the Super-Ego and said it is the accumulation of things we are told SHOULD be and the No No's our Elders (his Mother always!!) stamped into our brain!! But our conscience is very important because it prevents things, or Amends things, that would make us lose our own self-respect and I believe, personally, that we are born with that. I sincerely do. Kind of like a feeling that tells you when you're doing something wrong/right. I'm not a neurologist or anything, so I don't know if it's in your mind, but it seems like it would be.
