Why can't I play pogo games on internet explorer?

I can play them on Mozilla Network but not internet explorer

Change the privacy settings to allow cookies and pop-ups.

You need to enable internet explorer on java. Go to control panel then open java click on advanced then click on and check the box next to internet explorer.
