Golden Sands - I don't know, but sure there will be a place where you can do it. Usually a secluded beach literally "close to nature", i.e. off the beaten track. There is a nice long sandy beach just north of Sozopol, close to the Zlatna Ribka camping site.
Fenced beaches are no longer there. Being nude on the city beach is not acceptable, but the worst that can happen to you will be to attract some attention.
PS. Bill C - Bulgaria is one of the first Christian countries in Europe. Sure, we have Muslims but there might be more mosques in the UK than in Bulgaria:)

Like most parts of eastern europe the Bulgarians actually embrace Naturism, so I suspect that there will be a naturist beach close by. I know that there is one at Duni and another at Albena. Ask your rep, although they'll probably tell you anyway, as they tend to think people would be offended by walking accidentally onto a nudist beach!! have fun and don't forget the sunscreen!

There used to be fenced off areas, separate for male and female, where you can sunbathe in the nude. I don't know if they still exist but they used to be just on the beach, so you can't miss it. Also, they used to have secluded beach areas for nudists. Check it out when you get there.

Yes you can. If you go past the yacht port in front of the Glarus Hotel it's fine. Get the little fella out and give him a suntan too. Don't forget the factor 25 though!

It wouldnt be seen as morally right there so I wouldnt chance it, you dont want to end up in a cell instead of sunbathing in a bikini or whatever.

no. The locals would not like it. They're quite straight laced.

Besides, who wants to look at YOUR cheesy nob?
