Rocko's Modern Life was a GREAT cartoon... Nickelodeon should creat a Channel with all of the Shows from the 90's... that includes the Classics such as Rocko's Modern Life!!!
they have a Channel with all of the old GAME shows... Why not create a channel for the people wanting to relive Nick in the 90's...
