Does anyone know the Seasonal Clearance cycle...?

What months of the year are almost always a good time to shop bargin prices for items going out of season? Perhaps someone in retail knows what 4 months...

Aug , Sept. for summer clothing

Jan. Feb March for winter clothing

Stuff will be picked over and you may not be able to get your size though.

I just kind of go by the sales that Victoria's Secret has- Its kind of end of January and June. A lot of other stores seem to be having sales at that exact same time like Express, Bath & Body, Forever 21, stuff like that. Semi annual stuff.
