I think the Bush "administration" owes an apology to everyone.

He hasn't apologized for the public sexual exploits he committed in the Skull&Bones Tomb.

The S&B innitiation requires the public sexual rape of a unsuspecting hostage. How about George Bush apologizing for breaking the Laws of America. Kidnaping and Rape is a crime.

Sure he was just a kid back then, how was he to know it was wrong to grab a girl of the streets get her drunk and rape her in front of the other S&B members.

Well, our president won't be apologizing and you know it. So many things have gone awry with this conflict that it's hard to pinpoint exactly whom to blame. Which is why Bush can always blame the administration's poor handling of the whole situation on other people, world events, 9/11, El Nino, etc....

Yes. He definitely does. George Bush owes an apology to many people for everything he has done in his presidency.

He also, as sk33t3r said, he owes the world an apology.

The Bush administration owes the Iraqi people apologies
for many many things - this is a relatively unimportant one
in the scheme of things.

Whose responsibitliy is it to secure Canadas borders -- Ireland?

Whose responsibility is it to secure India's borders -- Kenya's?

Got my drift? There is an elected Government in Iraq and their president Jalal Talabani needs to get off his butt and get er' done.....
