Worst fear in all the world?

What are the things that scare you the most?

Some people are afraid of mice, some of snakes, some of public speeches.

I am hoping to know all the things you are afraid of, and why. Be specific. If you are afraid to die, burn in hell, go on a date, give a speech, etc.

Fear of being who you are.

I am not afraid to die, I know that is unavoidable, what fear me a lot is about the quality of life I would have during mas last time in the life, it is terrorizing for me to think about to fall in poverty, I am widow, the solitude and discrimination just for being old burden me Despite many institution are in charge to take care of old minusvalid and handicapped person, the treatment and considerations in those institutions is very poor, unless be reach, in that case doesn't is necessary to live in one of those places, however, even the own family discriminate us, not of all the problems can be resolved with money. That is my main concern and scare me the most.

Ignorance.
We only fear that which we do not understand. Our imaginations feed fears but I do not fear my imagination. (I would should imagination turn to reality!)

I'm afraid of being thought of as a bad person and not knowing it. Should I be living my life differently because I don't know something I should. If hindsight is 20/20, then I want regular sight 20/20! To live knowing I'm not making mistakes.

My worst fear in the world is that something bad would happen to my son. There are so many things out of my control. I fear that he will not be happy, that he won't have enough good friends, that he will grow up and do drugs or think I wasn't a good mother. Or that he would be seriously injured or killed. My second worst would be drowning, I guess.

Most people are afraid of death, but I think a really HORRIBLE way to die would be to be burned to death. Such as if someone was in a car accident and they were buckled in with the seat belt and the car catches on fire and they could not get out of the car in time and they died a LONG, SLOW, VERY PAINFUL DEATH by burning to death.

Many many people were burned to death in the witch trials at Salem, and my heart goes out to those women/men. That was AWFUL.

I fear living forever. Or long enough so that I have to live through all my friends and family dying.

I also had some mental problems. I fear that they will come back and make my life a slow and torturous process devoid of any joy or happiness

My worst fear(s)? Well, I would have to say going through life without figuring out my purpose for existing. Living life without a purpose. Why? Well if I grow to be 50 without a purpose of living and not making a difference, I suppose there's no point of living.

i am afraid of lightning.when it lightnings my children come to check on me.

when i was a small child i was sitting on my front porch in a storm and i saw lightning hit a house across the street and then it hit a tree and then the house and i think the tree again.it was so bright and so loud.i was scared to death.i have been deathly afraid of lightning ever since.

I m terrified or Spiders. I do not want to die a painful death but death it self is ok I know where I am going so that is not scary but spiders yeah that is a huge fear for me!
