well, there are many things you can do to reduce the puffieness under your eyes.
1) you can put COOL cucumbers on your eyes for about 15 mins, the longer the better!
2) you can get SOME SLEEP! Sleep for about 6/7 or more hours! It really helps as pufieness shows that you're tired!
3) RELAX! you must be getting stressed! The best thing is to sleep!
4) THE MOST IMPORTANT!- drink PLENTY of water! Water keeps the skin healthy! it really makes a difference! Drink about 8 glases a day!
These things really help! TRUST ME!
Well, hope it helps!

For someone predisposed to eye puffiness, changes to diet and lifestyle (under the supervision of a physician) may be required to reduce the possibility of swelling. A cold compress near the eye can act as a short-term remedy as cold temperature constricts blood vessels, preventing the flow of fluid into tissues and diminishing puffiness in the process.A natural astringent, such as a sliced cucumber can also provide short-term relief.
The best way to prevent is:
Elevating the head while sleeping can prevent the gravitational redistribution of fluid that is associated with eye swelling. A low-carb diet can prevent eye puffiness by preventing water retention. Eating foods rich in vitamins, especially A, C and E, helps to reduce eye puffiness and to maintain clear, moist skin

cucmbers are best, but that really isnt realistic. I found out through a teen mag a few years ago about St. Ives Cucumber and Elastin Eye and Face Stress Gel. It is great. I have used it since. You just dap a little around the area and let it dry. Nice for on the go vs sitting with cucumbers on your eyes. You can find this in any drug store or walmart or stores like that.
Plus it isnt tested on animals.

The only thing you can try is splashing cold to cool water on your face many times in the morning, it is also good for balancing the ph in the skin and closing the pores also. They say cucumber slices work but it's the same thing it's the coolness that does it.

GO to walgreens and get the eye gel for puffiness, it works for me, good luck. It's a trial; and error process, you may have to try a couple to see which is the right one for you.
