I'd say Lindsay Lohan is prettier than Hilary but when it comes to dignity i'd go to Hilary. Sorry but it seems like Lindsay has a bad reputation of being wild and has been in rehab for many times.

Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan just makes herself as a slut in the media and is doing to much drugs that ruined her pretty face from mean girls!

Hilary is better looking because she doesnt look like a slut like lindsay. The only thing lindsay is missing is a materess on her back. In my opinion , hilary rocks my world

I'm not a LL fan but she is prettier and that was the question. Her attitude/lifestyle (from what the media portray's) just stinks.
I prefer HD. Her persona seems more together. She seems like a better role model.
Both girls could gain some weight to look better.
