What's legal? They're many things legal, mostly the same things as in any western civilized country. If you want to know about the drugs policy...that's not legal in Amsterdam either but soft drugs, like marijuana are tolerated though. You can buy it in any of the many coffee shops that are here and smoke it almost everywhere (not in every cafe, bar or hotel). Prostitution is also tolerated in certain areas like the Red Light District.
Hard drugs are illegal, to use and purchase though it's not that hard to get it but very bad stuff will be sold to a foreigner very easaly.
It's also a very beautiful city but considering your question, that's not what you're interseted in ;)

drinking is legal. Pot and prostitution have been de-criminalized. Riding your bike against traffic is illegal.
