paid for game,but unable to get full version,got reciept can you help please?

D/Loaded Chuzzle Delux (12/02/07) , and paid for full version,but has not downloaded , could some one please help with this situation. Tried all options ,ie. help and games account.

Who did you buy it from? Where did you download it? You should have received an email receipt of the purchase.

all i can say is, if you got it from Yahoo!, good luck; they will keep their money and they will find a reason to do it. i hope you get your game.
