Yes. It is all in the way you say it. How you verbally assault and how you report the verbal abuse. Witnesses are a good thing. Some judges are NOT real hip on 'heresay' so you need proof. But I DO know because I've seen it MANY times either in the news or from work (Dept. of Corrections) that 'slang' or 'degrading of person' are both abusive and illegal. Good luck!
