it all depends on where you look for him... you won't find him in a library, you won't find him in a church...

It sounds a little hokie, but you can always go on line. There's a site called Alt(.com, of course) that's just for people interested in the lifestyle. You can also look around in your area to find groups devoted to the BDSM lifestyle. Most major cities have groups, I know in the DC area, a good one to contact is Black Rose.

And to anyone who thinks being submissive means that you're a doormat or that you don't value your own self-worth, you're sadly misinformed. Most submissives are just normal people who like surrendering control in some aspect of their lives. And being dominant doesn't mean that you're just bossy, sadistic, or abusive. Do a little research on the subject and you may be suprised at what you find.

Look for a hubby in countries where feminism didnt have too big of an impact. Problem is the men in those countries are not too well of financially and you dont want that eithier. But if you can land a guy from dubai you should be set.

Find yourself an alpha male, but be prepared to surrender power, because men like that dont like being pushed, and most likely wont stick around if they dont consider the relationship up to par.

by "the dominant one" do you mean you want him to ignore your feelings in favor of his, assume he knows best, and tell you what to do? or do you mean a Dom, like in a BDSM context? If it's the first, grow some self-esteem. If it's the second, look online.

Actually, in reality, you can often find him in a church, looking for a nice little doormat to "control". True, there are some nice guys in there, just as there are some abusers, waiting in the sidelines for a "weak woman".

Go take some nice little "obedient; submissive; subservient; subordinate classes", you may find him there waiting for a graduate.
