Search chemical pregnancy, it has no symptoms other than the period symptoms, your period just comes on and the only way you knew was testing. Others never knew! It is sooooooooooooooo common!!!!!You do not need a dr. for this! If you do not beleive me call your dr. and he will tell you what a chemical pregnancy is and it needs nothing for it! I have had 2 of those!

Because it was so soon, you probably wouldn't feel anything during an early miscarriage, most women don't. If you were to feel anything it would just feel like period cramps. You don't always get sick either. I had 1 early miscarriage, and 1 late. Also, if you were to have a miscarriage, the test would still be positive because the HCG hormone would still be in your body for 4-6 weeks after the miscarriage. I'm thinking it may have just been a bad test.

If you got a positive, that means your pregnant. I dont get why you got a negative the next day. You should give your obgyn a call, and have him check you out and tell him whats going on. I will tell you though, some woman do get their normal period why pregnant. Some get it all 9 months and some just 3 months or something. False positives are not that common, if you did'nt have bad cramps with clotting..than i dont think it was a miscarriage. Call your doctor today though..Good luck!!

Well any bleeding during a pregnancy is worrysome. Youu should go see your doctor, and if you were pregnant, and miscarried you would need to make sure it completed. Although, if you had a miscarriage that early, you usually do not a D&C. You may have been pregnant and it just immediatly cycled out. Mainly cuz you said you got a positive prego test. If you are getting negitive tests now, that means you are no longer pregnant. Its very cut and dry about pregnancies. If you have a positive test, its very unlikely its wrong.

I would go to the doctor for some testing. If you got a positive pregnancy test you should be pregnant, there are very few false positives, but the negative the next day is wierd. Have a blood test done. I hope everything goes ok.

I don't think a false positive can happen.
It could have definitely been a miscarriage. It's estimated that 40% of woman has had at least 1 miscarriage and many do not even know it because it is often just like a period.

my friend just had a miscarriage not too long ago and she described that she tested positive, but even if you have mis that it will still show up positive, you are having the same symptoms as her though...the doctor can not tell from a urine test, but they will send you to a place to get blood tests done to find out if that is what happened.
i wish you luck and hope you feel better, it is a terrible thing, but you are able to get help

I NEVER HAD A MISCARRIAGE, BUT WHEN I WAS EARLY PREGNANT, I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT THAT B/C I DID HAVE SOME CRAMPY FEELING AND THEN I SPOTTED ALITTLE, BROWN BLOOD, IT WAS JUST IMPLANTATION THOUGH...BUT I DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS NORMAL AT THE TIME. FIRST PREGNANCY, IM 32 WEEKS NOW, AND EVERYTHING IS GOING GOOD, BUT FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND ALOT OF WOMEN DO HAVE MISCARRIAGES, BUT NEVER TALK ABOUT THEM

You have some of the symptoms, but I'm not going to sit here and tell you that you had a misscarriage because I do not know for sure and thats not anybodys place but your doctors. Call your nearest OB/GYN and get in ASAP and ask her about it and have her check you out.
