Any of marian keyes ones are great, rachels holiday, sushi for beginners etc, also cecilia aherns ones are fab girlie reads too, ps i love you and were rainbows end were great wasnt too pushed on her last one if you could see me now but was still an ok read. also i loved memoirs of a geisha thought it was great though not a girlie read so to speak. enjoy your beach holiday i'm Very jealous.

well i really like alisa valdes-rodriguez her books are so good, her lastest, "make him look good" was the type of book you dont want to put down. Also "Friday Night Chicas" and "Sex and the South Beach Chicas". These are all great hope these help.

don`t know if you would classify it in the above categories but i think life of pi by yann martel is a fantastic read for the beach.
