Has a hard time idling until it warms up. its had a complete tune up. this only happens in the winter when its 35 dgrees or below.

Sounds like the I A C valve(solenoid) idle air control

I have the same vehicle, same year, same problem. I was told to garage park it, like I have a garage. I'm going to watch your answers, too if you don't mind.

Do you have a heater block on your engine? Try plugging it in at night and see if that helps.
