I used to calculate "respectable" vs my body weight.
If you are benching 1.25 times your body weight it's respectable.
If you are benching 1.5 times your body weight that's good.
If you are benching 2 times your body weight that's great.
Any more than that and you are the Hulk.

I think some of these people don't know what a kg is.
Over 300 lb is a good benchpress, period. Maybe not for a competitive weight lifter, but for normal people, that's a lot.

Assuming this to be your peak i.e. minimum 5 reps complete it is definitely more than respectable.
If it is your M1R (maximum one rep) ,then you should pyramid up to 80% of that.
Keep increasing your pyramiding peak (heavy weights and low reps) and alternate between Inclined and flat + the other usuals like pull overs & dumbell flyes etc.
These will open up the chest and give volume to the upper pectoralis......
Best of luck.

Depends on your weight to mass ratio height and build but if you bench 1.5 times your own weight then you are doing well.

this is quite good! depends a bit on how much you weigh - but if you weigh 100kg or less its really good!
I can do 220 but then I weight 130!
