Battery could be completely dead. If you know the battery has some power the next thing could be the ignition switch either the mechanical part or the electrical part. Unless you know somebody that can come to the car probably have to get it towed to a shop. I would try jumping it first and see if you get any response.

if your headlights don't turn on or are really dim, your battery is dead, this can be caused by loose or dirty battery terminal, or a bad alternator. If the battery is dead, try and jump the car with another, if it still won't start it may be your starter

there are a few things you may want to do, check the battery, if its bad, replace it, if its dead, charge it or jump it. next it way be the starter or the starter solenoid, only way to check these are remove them from the car and have them checked at the parts store or a garage. thats all i can think of
