This sort of "historical" material surfaces all the time and more often than not it is fake or reproductions. You need to ascertain the ancestry of this ticket to determine how authentic it really is. I would assume from the date on the ticket that it is a fake made by someone that didn't read much about the Titanic before they made it.

This was for the launching of the hull. It was a public event. You need to check with a dealer in historical paper goods.
