OOOOPS GIRLFRIENDS AND GOING OUT ARE NOT FOR NINE YEAR OLDS. wait until you can do at least 25 valuable things for yourself such as: do your homework on your own, do your bed, write your name, first then you can have a girlfriend.

you're quite young to even be interested in girls...going out with groups of friends, under adult supervision is fine at any age...one-on-one dating shouldn't begin until about age 16 at the earliest...

Go out with a girl whenever you feel like it. If she's willing to go out with you, there's no problem.
