Which state specifically? The judicial system of the States belongs to the States.

I think our state TRIES to be fair.

Justice is a roulette game in America. Sometimes you can buy it, or it is chance based on the judges and attorneys involved, and sometimes the innocent have no chance at all. I believe the concept of "justice for all" in America is a lie.

It depends first on what kind of attorney you can hire. If a rich man and a poor man are accused of a crime, one of them will have a concerned attorney with resources who works diligently to save his client, and the other one will have a public defender who, at best, is overburdened and has very limited resources, or at worst, is bored and possibly incompetent.

In a civil suit, who is the opponent? Wealthy or not? How many gray suits are against you? Maybe the insurance company doesn't want to pay, or the doctor amputated your wife's legs when they were fine and they don't want to admit an error. Do you have any damned idea what you are up against? What kind of fool expects justice when money rules everything?

I have little or no faith in the judges. They have enormous power and often little wisdom. Sometimes they don't even try to conceal their prejudice in a case. They reverse juries, they set aside verdicts, they give juries ridiculous instructions which almost constitute a verdict. Judges today try to avoid reversal, that's all. And the appellate process is a joke.

In America, the appearance of justice is propaganda to keep the ignorant happy. Wait until you are in court and see how much justice you get. Justice is money, my friend. God is money. It's all money.

Is that fair? Who cares? Nobody. And it will not change.

This is America. We have are problems thats for sure.
But at least we have a judicial system! We may complain, moan and groan but look at other countries around the world, they would love to be like us. Lets not give it away. Lets not let it be taken away. Wake up America

That's a joke, right. America still has the problem of DWBB(Driving while being black). We talk about the endangered species of animals on the planet and in America a black man can be shot, arrested and molested just because a white man feels threatened. This same man(possibly a police man) can also go to court and be acquitted and have the courtroom cheer. So, I will ask you again, are you for real?????

Often is it more "fair" than federal courts. State court judges typically follow the "letter of the law" as mandated by specific laws enacted by the state's legislature. On the other hand, federal judges, who are appointed by Presidents, tend to interpret the law based on their own bias, in my opinion, to get attention and to become a candidate for a Supreme Court nomination.
