"Men" How can we live amicably with a woman?

I am seeking the best wisdom, After I get fair feedback I will post the actual answer for us all to see.

My view is friendship with love is the key. (Lust may only last a while from days to a few years.)
Someone compatible, approachable, able to communicate, even-tempered, realistic...dare I say mature?

Remembering that all men aren't the same and women aren't all the same... realizing and perhaps embracing the differences between the sexes would also help.
Finding a woman who doesn't believe that life has to be a fairy tale would also help...no pressure on anyone for constant romance or what ever.

That's how I see it anyhow. Is that what you are thinking perhaps?
